Ensemble Reza celebrates funding success!

We are delighted to announce the National Lottery through Arts Council England will be supporting Ensemble Reza’s education and community programmes throughout 2023 and 2024.

Building on the work started in Crawley and Mid Sussex over the last few years, Ensemble Reza aims to reach over 10,000 people across the region.  This exciting programme will include concerts and workshops in over 40 mainstream and special needs schools, 30 free lunchtime concerts in Crawley and Haywards Heath in a range of community settings including Community centres, Churches, hospices and homeless shelters and two community orchestras for people of all ages and abilities in Haywards Heath and Crawley.

Hannah Carter, Managing Director of Ensemble Reza said, ‘we have a great relationship with local schools, community groups and our audiences across Mid Sussex and Crawley and are thrilled we will be able to continue our valuable work over the next year with the support from the National Lottery through Arts Council England, especially at a time when funding for the arts is so tough’.

This news comes at an exciting time for Ensemble Reza, as the group celebrate their tenth anniversary and Dame Judi Dench recently agreed to become their Patron. Ensemble Reza’s 10th Anniversary concert will be a special Candlelit event on Saturday 25th November at 7pm at Holy Trinity Church, Cuckfield. Tickets are available at here.
