Reza Community Orchestra at The Orchards for a Jubilee Celebration

We were thrilled to be joined by choirs from Holy Trinity School, Warden Park and the Cuckoo Choir at the Orchards Shopping Centre on Saturday 4th June 2022 for a fantastic Jubilee Celebration, including the world premiere of the Jubilee Song cycle.

Composed by the students at Warden Park and arranged for all the ensembles by Anna Cooper, we will be performing this wonderful piece again at our Community Orchestra Concert on Sunday 19th June at Warden Park Secondary Academy. Please see here for more details.

Some feedback from our musicians, singers and audience:

“It was just lovely to make music with talented people and to perform the world premiere of the work of the talented Warden Park students.”

“Thank you… we all loved it, it’s so amazing the effort, time and kindness you all show and put in.”

“I thought the performance on Saturday was remarkable in the way in which it reflected the thinking behind the intergenerational concept, the joyful nature of the build up, all brought together by the excitement and love of performance.”

The Jubilee Song Cycle has been made possible with funds from the Arts Council’s Jubilee Fund.
