Jennifer Raven - Learning Manager

Inclusive access to music for children and young people is at the heart of Jenn's work. For 17 years, she was co-founder/CEO of Fairbeats Music, a charity working with children and young people seeking sanctuary. She was previously Deputy Director of Sound Connections, and now as a freelance consultant specialises in programme strategy, evaluation and youth voice, with clients including Arts Council England, Youth Music and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

She is also a flautist with a Masters from Trinity Laban. She lives in East Sussex, and loves weightlifting, paddleboarding and running (though mostly running around after two small children these days!). 

Jenn is drawn to the joy, connection and communication the musicians bring to their performances and education work alike, and inspired by Ensemble Reza's strong community roots and impact. She is honoured to be part of the team.
